Don’t you love photoshopping programmes?
This is a pic of the Regional Art Gallery in Laman Street after a wind storm last August, showing the devastation of some twigs on the ground. It’s relevant because the weather has been frightful in the last week and Laman Street has been closed – a friend was even moved on from the street by a compliance officer. I mention the photoshopping only because the sunset’s contrasts are made more golden and the leaves greener by a photo editing programme.
Sadly four trees were felled across the Hunter by the wild storms of the last couple of days. Happily the city’s fig trees weren’t among them.
