30.6.2012: I was reminded by a friend of a Council meeting in ??2010 where John Johnston, infrastructure something-or-other, briefed Councillors about trees. He told them that NCC only remove trees if they’re unstable. This was just after a row of native trees had been removed from King Street to do up the footpath. Stable schmable.
How many meetings do you think were held to arrange roadworks at a local high school?
